Significant Achievements:   

  • Led turnaround and change management efforts for a $325M omni-channel business that drove EBITDA from -$10MM to +$32MM and led to a successful Private Equity exit.
  • Created a four-wall operations model for 500+ location business, including a new labor model that drove a 600-basis point improvement in labor costs.
  • Overhauled talent strategy for 2000 employees by redesigning roles, training via a new curriculum, instituting metrics, and changing incentive plans.  Efforts increased revenue-per-client visit from $85 to $130.  
  • Led HR integration activities for merger of two global companies with operations in Europe, Oceania and North America.  
  • Transformed talent acquisition department at Nestlé USA from a fragmented, reactive model with high agency costs to one with a defined service delivery model and metrics-driven approach.
