- Overhauled talent strategy for 2000 employees by redesigning roles, training via a new curriculum, instituting metrics, and changing incentive plans. Efforts increased revenue-per-client visit from $85 to $130.
- Led HR integration activities for merger of two global companies with operations in Europe, Oceania and North America.
- Transformed talent acquisition department at Nestlé USA from a fragmented, reactive model with high agency costs to one with a defined service delivery model and metrics-driven approach.
